Paadm tool help system

To help users use the paadm tool, a help system is available.

Users can access the help system in the command line by running help commands. This table shows the available help commands:

paadm help	Access the comprehensive help system.
paadm help cfgprm	Display information on the correct syntax.
paadm cfgprm display --all	Display all configuration parameters, which can be useful for determining the correct information such as tenant id, data area name, and parameter category.
