My Requests

View the workunits that you have created. This table shows the workunit information that is displayed:

Information	Description
Workunit	The number that has been assigned to the workunit upon creation
Work Title	The name of the workunit that was assigned by the initiator
Status	The current status of the workunit See Workunit status.
Trigger Date	The date when the process was triggered
Start Date	The date when the workunit started
Closed Date	The date when the workunit completed
Elapsed Time	The amount of time it took the workunit to run

From the Action menu on this list, you can perform these actions on workunits:

• Open: View the tracking information about a selected workunit. From this page, you can complete these actions:

  • Proceed Now

  • Delete Selected Activities and Variables

  • Take Action

  • Schedule Logs and Activities Deletion.

• Proceed Now: If the current status of the workunit is Waiting, you can select this option to immediately resume processing.

• Delete Selected Activities and Variables: Delete the selected workunit activities and variables. Only workunits with a status of Completed or Cancelled can be deleted.

• Take Action: Take immediate action on a workunit that is pending user action.

• Schedule Logs and Activities Deletion: Open a scheduling dialog box where logs and activities deletion of workunits can be scheduled.
