Configuring File Channel for customer email notifications

  1. Access the Process Server Administrator and select Administration > Channels Administrator.
  2. Click the File Channels tab.
  3. Open a file channel and select On Error from the Notify By Email drop-down list.
    The On Error Email Notification Information tab is displayed. The list of configurations is from the System Configuration Sets list. Ensure that the configuration set selected has the desired email configuration in the Email tab.
    Note: The OnLoss option is only supported for JMS Channels.
  4. Select one of the configuration sets that has an email configuration populated.
  5. Specify an email address in the From Email/To Email field.
  6. Optionally, select the Send Notification Only Once For Same Error check box.
