Adding columns to a list

Each list in the Inbasket can be modified to display information that is most important for the users to see when viewing work items.

  1. Log in to the Infor Rich Client.
  2. Navigate to the list you want to modify, for example, the My Work list. Move the mouse to the menu bar of your list.
  3. Press Ctrl + Shift and click to display the list information of what you are currently viewing.
  4. Click Configure.
  5. If you do not have a previous configuration for the list, a dialog box is displayed. Click Create.
  6. Click Add Field.
  7. On the List Column Editor, select a value (the data you want to display) for Field.
  8. Save your changes.
  9. Reopen the page in the Rich Client, or if you are using a browser, refresh the page.
  10. Verify that you see the new column displayed in the list.
