User Security

This report lists roles and security classes assigned to the specified user in the current data area.

  1. As a user with access to the security administration menu, navigate to Administration Console > Security > Security Reports and select the User Security report.
  2. Select Create User Security Report.
  3. Select the Actor.
  4. Optionally, select Yes for the Include LPL option to have the LPL generated and included in the report. Selecting No or leaving the field blank means the LPL is not generated.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. When the report completes, you can export the list to either CSV or PDF format or print. For more information about exporting and printing, see Printing and scheduling options.
