To assign a role to an actor through the Infor Rich Client

  1. In the Infor Rich Client, access the User Management application and then Role Management.
  2. Double-click the role on the Role List that you want to assign to a user.
  3. On the Roles Assigned to Actor tab, select Actions > Assign Existing Role to Actor.
  4. Select the actor to assign the role to and click Save.
