Requiring an individual user to reset a password
- In the Infor Rich Client, access the User Management application and then Identity Management. On the Identity List, select the identity and service, then select Actions, then Open. On the Identity Details form, on the Password Information tab, select the Is Password Reset Required check box and click Save.
