Purging an Actor record

This procedure, which can be used both in the Cloud and on-premises, permanently deletes an Actor record, including the Actor Role, Proxy, Identity, Context, Actor app preference, and group memberships.

The action does not purge personaliizations, reports and audit trail references for the Actor. These might be required to be purged for GDPR compliance.

  1. Access the Security Administration menu with the tool you use, access User Management and search for the Actor you want to purge.
  2. On the Actor List with the Actor record selected, access Actions>Purge Actor.
  3. Respond to the confirmation prompt. When you select Yes, the Actor record is purged.
