secadm admin setup | password

The secadm admin command allows you to require passwords for access to secadm, enable e-mail recovery of the password, and change the password.

Parameter Description
setup

If you specify setup, you will be prompted for the following:

  • The user the Lawson Single Sign-On service runs as.

  • Whether you want to require passwords for the Lawson security utilities.

  • An OS group that has access to secadm.

  • Whether you want to enable e-mail password recovery.

  • If you enable e-mail password recovery, the SMTP address, SMTP port, and e-mail address to use.
