Event questions and responses report

The Event Questions and Responses report lists all the questions asked on an event, and how each supplier responded. These questions are typically defined by a buyer and are used to gather information (from suppliers) that is needed to make an award decision.

With this report, you see information about each supplier and supplier group, the question (and its type), and what the supplier response was.

To report on event questions and responses

Access My Reports > Event Questions and Responses.

Use the following guidelines to enter field values.

Company: Type the company whose event you want to report on.
Sourcing Event: Type the event number whose questions and supplier responses you want to see.
Print Parameters: Indicate whether to print the report parameters on the report itself.
