Viewing supplier performance scores

There are two parts of supplier performance: metrics and evaluation.

Note:

Supplier contacts can see their metrics in the Supplier Portal in Performance > Event Metrics.

Supplier contacts can see their evaluation score in the Supplier Portal in Performance > Evaluations.

Note:

You can also see supplier evaluations in the Event Response Analysis page, on the lists both at supplier and detail level and on the compare form. Access Response Analysis by selecting the View link in the Responses column from the tabs on the Buyer Page.
