Line response compare report

You run this report by event to generate a side-by-side comparison of all supplier responses related to the same event line. For each line in the event, these responses are sorted so that the lowest total bid amount appears in the left-most column.

Also included in the report:

Vendor item detail
Unit of measure detail
Contact information (including the e-mail address of the contact person, which is a live link)
Comments made for a response

To compare event line responses

Access My Reports > Line Response Compare.

Use the following guidelines to enter field values.

Company: Required. Type the company whose events lines you want to report on.
Sourcing Event: Type the event whose responses you want to report on.

Note:
To report on all event lines for a company, leave this field blank.
Event Line: Type the line number of the event to be reported on.

Note:
Type an asterisk to include all lines.
Include No Bid Responses: Indicate whether to include no bid responses.
Include Alternate Responses: Indicate whether to include alternate responses.
Include Response Comments: Indicate whether to include response comments.
Include Contact Details: Indicate whether to include contact detail information.
Print Paramaters: Indicate whether to include the report parameters on the report itself.
