To set up participant groups
- Access Setup > Participant Groups.
 - From the Actions menu, select Create.
           
Use the following guidelines to enter field values.
- Procurement Group
 - 
              
Required. Select a procurement group that you want to assign the participant group to.
 - Participant Group
 - 
              
Required. Type up to a four-character alphanumeric code to identify the participant group.
 - Title
 - 
              
Required. Type a title for the participant group that you are creating.
 - Description
 - 
              
Required. Type a description for the participant group.
 
 - Click Save.
