Creating an event from a template

Use the following procedure to create a sourcing event from a template.

You must set up your sourcing event templates in the Setup menu. Creating event templates

To create an event from a template

  1. Access Buyer > Event Creation.
  2. From the Actions menu, select Create Event From Event Template.
  3. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Company

    Required. Select a company to assign the event to.

    Event Template

    Required. Select an event template that you want to use to create the event.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Click the Draft Events tab.
  6. Select the event and define event information. Updating event information

  8. Click Save.
