Troubleshooting supplier questions

Use the table below to learn more about and troubleshoot the question and answer feature:

Issue Information
Supplier cannot view questions on the Q and A tab. The list is empty if suppliers have not asked any questions.
Supplier required to log in to ask a question. To ask a question, suppliers must be registered.
Supplier cannot view the Ask A Question link.

To view the Ask A Question link, the event must contain the following:

  • The Allow Supplier Q And A checkbox must be selected.

  • If dates are required for an event, the Q And A Open and Close dates and times must be included (the current date and time must be between the selected open and close date and time).
Supplier views Amendment in Progress in the Status column.

Ensure that the event was released (Actions > Release) after the amendment was saved.

Questions may not be submitted while an event is being amended.
