Creating questions

Follow these steps to create a question and decide whether it is to be used for a sourcing event, and whether an answer is required.

In Strategic Sourcing, when a supplier submits a bid for an item, you may want the supplier to answer a set of questions. For example, you may ask the supplier "How long have you been in business?"

Before you can create a question, you must have already set up a procurement group in the Purchase Order application. For more information, see the Purchase Order User Guide.
