Sets up and maintains Process Server processes, if applicable.

Monitors the status of system queues and Process Server.

Search on notices or products.

Audits recalls.

Works primarily in the Recall Coordinator space.

Enters new recall notices.

Reviews recall notices created from the Recall Portal or Supplier Portal and moves them on for processing or closure if not applicable.

Imports recall notices from third party services.

Reviews recall notices created from import and moves them on for processing or closure if not applicable.

Queries Lawson transactions, including requisitions, purchase orders, inventory, contracts and agreements, procurement templates, sourcing events, par locations, intransit transfers, issues, lot/serial numbers, and equipment.

Processes recall notices, including assigning recall-related tasks to users.

Reviews active and historical recall notices.
