Creating action reasons

Action reasons explain why a specific business action is performed. Action reasons display in the audit log. You create action reasons that are specific to an action and to your business processes. Lawson provides a list of predefined business subjects for Recall Management. Business subjects determine which action reasons are available to which forms. These action reasons will be needed when a Recall Notice that has been closed is reopened, or when a recall task that has been completed is reopened.

To create action reasons

  2. From the Actions menu, select Create. Use the following guidelines to enter field values.
