Recall Approval
Recall notices can optionally require approval before they can be closed. When a coordinator closes a notice that requires approval, a work unit is created and sent to the appropriate person or persons for approval if enabled.
Note:
The three-level approval structure is defined in Infor Process Automation. An approver doesn't necessarily have to be Recall user.

| Prerequisites | If the Recall Group has the Approval Required To Close Notice field selected, then approval is required. |
| Initiating event | A work unit is triggered when a coordinator selects the Close action on a notice. |
| Resolution action | Go to the Inbasket and either approve or disapprove the notice. |
