Creating enterprise groups

An enterprise group is a common group across all Landmark applications that connects different groups.

To create an enterprise group

  1. Access Administration > Enterprise Groups and Companies.
  2. From the Actions menu, select Create.
  3. On the Enterprise Group tab, use the following guidelines to enter field values.
    Enterprise Group

    Required. Type a group ID for the enterprise group.

    Note: 

    For an existing Lawson application (and not a new installation), the enterprise group must contain the same value as the existing procurement group.

    Description

    Type a description for the enterprise group.

    Default Country

    To create a new country, place your cursor in the Default Country field. From the Actions menu, select Define.

  4. Click Save.
