About Recall Management
Lawson Recall Management application helps you manage the recalls, safety notices, and device corrections your organization receives.
Recall Management provides one central place to view all recall notices. Using Recall Management your organization can capture recalls, create tasks and notices to individuals responsible for recall notices, and create information for FDA compliance and risk management audits.
Recall Management can tie notices to transactions in other Lawson applications to help your organization identify when products were purchased, by whom, and where products are located.
