Troubleshooting system queues

Use the table below to address some issues with system queues.

Issue Possible Solution
An Async Framework transaction is not progressing past New status. Make sure that the grid is running.
Which logs are available?

See <LALOGDIR>\async.log or <LALOGDIR>\AGS.log or <LALOGDIR>ProcessFlowAdapter, depending on which queue you are viewing.

Also in LASYSDIR/gridconfig/log there are files for each grid node - there should be on with Async in the name of the file.

How do I view current processes? Use the managegrid list command.
How can I tell if the AGS transaction queue is active? Check the Async Framework in the Data Menu widget to review triggers to see if there are any errors (App Menu) > Gen > async webapp
