Troubleshooting system queues
Use the table below to address some issues with system queues.
Issue | Possible Solution |

An Async Framework transaction is not progressing past New status. | Make sure that the grid is running. |
Which logs are available? |
See <LALOGDIR>\async.log or <LALOGDIR>\AGS.log or <LALOGDIR>ProcessFlowAdapter, depending on which queue you are viewing. Also in LASYSDIR/gridconfig/log there are files for each grid node - there should be on with Async in the name of the file. |
How do I view current processes? |
Use the managegrid list command.
