Troubleshooting My Reports

Use this information to assist you in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the setup and testing of LBI reports delivered with Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management. The configuration for My Reports uses many components and it can be difficult to know where to start if a problem arises.

If it is necessary to contact support, be prepared with screen clips of all error messages and version information for OLEDB, LBI, Crystal RAS, Crystal, Landmark and LSF.

Make sure the following Components are installed on the LBI server:

  • LBI

  • DSSO (If you use Lawson single sign on, otherwise the login to LBI will be required when users access My Reports)

  • OLEDB (The current version is recommended)

  • Crystal Reports

  • Crystal RAS
