Updating event response text for suppliers

Use this procedure to update the text that helps guide suppliers through the event response process.

Note: 

The response text is used by the selected sourcing group and each associated sourcing company.

To update event response text

  1. Access Buyer > Administration > Sourcing Groups.
  2. Select the sourcing group for which you want to update the response text.
  3. Click the Event Response Text tab.
  4. Type the response text for the following supplier event responses:
    • Header

    • Question

    • Attachment

    • Line

    • Line Question

  5. Click Save.
