About third-party software for suppliers

Supplier contacts will use third party applications (including Web browsers) to access Supplier Portal. Information about third-party requirements should be posted on your organization's hosting web page where the Supplier Portal URLs are located so that supplier contacts can easily find it.

• Supported Web browsers and browser versions are available on the product compatibility matrix available on the Lawson support website. If a supplier contact uses a different browser or a different version, results may not be optimal.

• Adobe Reader is required for printing specific event-related information. If the user does not have Adobe Reader, the information is also available in an online format.

• Third-party tool bars and popup blockers running in the browser may interfere with Supplier Portal operations. Supplier contacts may choose to disable or configure these utilities when using the Supplier Portal.

• A supplier contact's monitor resolution can affect the Supplier Portal display. A resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels is required to run the Supplier Portal.
