Administrator setup tasks for Strategic Sourcing
When you set up Strategic Sourcing, you will complete tasks in the Lawson Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, and Strategic Sourcing applications. The list shown below contains a list of tasks that are required to set up Strategic Sourcing.

1 | Set up diversity codes in Accounts Payable (AP) and buyers in Purchase Order (PO). |
Access Diversity Code (AP13.1) to set up diversity codes. Ensure that the diversity code status is set to Active. For more information, see the Accounts Payable User Guide. Access Buyer (PO04.1) to set up buyers. Type an e-mail address used to notify your buyers. Strategic Sourcing uses this e-mail address to send different notifications to the buyer.
