Setting up Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management

The processes with dotted outlines are processes that may be completed by someone other than the applications administrator; an installer or security administrator.

The general event and contract setup will likely be completed by a user role. This may be someone other than the applications administrator, as these are not one time setup tasks.
