Landmark and general applications security classes

The Landmark GEN data area (productline) includes predefined security classes that allow access to various functionality that Landmark offers. These security classes are described in detail in the Lawson Landmark Technology User Setup and Security Guide. Some security classes are used for administrative purposes, and some are used to allow end user processes.

The following table lists the security classes that are used to allow end user process in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Order Management. There are some roles that are defined in Landmark that can be used for these security classes, but in general the security classes are meant to be attached to roles within Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management.

Security class	Description
BasicProductLineAccess_ST	Provides access to basic system services and it is attached to all role templates. Any newly created roles should have this security class attached. It is attached to all predefined roles for both GEN and application data areas.
DataImportAccess_ST	Allows use of the Data Import menu item in Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management.
DataMenuAccess_ST	Allows viewing and updating of the data menu, which allows direct access to business classes.
GlobalUIConfigAccess_ST	Allows access to the Make Global button in My Personalizations, which allows the user to make the modified list or form definition the default presentation view for all users. Also allows user to make globalized UI changes private again.
InbasketUser_ST	Allows access to the inbasket for viewing and approving Lawson Process Automation (Process Server) transactions. It is attached to all template roles for Contract Management and Strategic Sourcing.
JobQueueAccess_ST	Provides access to the Classic Transaction, Email, and Process Flow queues for updating.
PersonalizationAccess_ST	Allows user access to the personalization feature, which allows user specific changes to the list and form UI's.
ProcessServerAllAccess_ST	Lets a user access the Process Server Administration module.
ProductLineAccess_ST	Provides access to the data area for the data area (productline) in which it is generated. It is always generated by the buildprod process, for each data area. It is attached to all predefined roles for both GEN and application data areas. Any newly created roles should have this security class attached.
SecurityConfigAccess_ST	Allows use of configuration process for security classes, which enables creation of security customizations.
ScheduledActionsAccess_ST	Allows user to view Scheduled Actions information.
