To update a rebate due date

  1. Select a contract for which you want to update a rebate due date.
  2. Click the Rebates tab.
  3. Double-click the rebate whose due date you want to change.
  4. Click the Rebate Due Dates tab.
    Note: 

    The updated rebate due dates display on the Contract Rebate Due Dates form. For example, if you apply the rebate on a quarterly basis, a due date record is created in the first Due Date column and additional due dates are shown at three-month intervals from the first rebate due date.

  5. From the Actions menu, select Create. On the Create Contract Rebate Due form, type the rebate due date.
    Note: 

    The rebate due date cannot be greater than the contract's expiration date.

  6. Click Save.
