Rejecting a contract

For contracts that are no longer required or were not approved for use, you can reject the contract and move it to an Inactive status. If the contract is in a Released, Negotiation, Final Approval, or Ready To Activate state, you can reject the contract, enter a reason code and comment, and inactivate the contract. The contract can then be reactivated and moved to a Draft state if necessary.
