To assign a rebate to a contract

  1. Access Contract Management > In Progress tab.
  2. Select a contract to which you want to assign a rebate.
  3. Click the Rebates tab.
  4. From the Actions menu, select Create.
  5. On the Create Contract Rebate form, use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Rebate Type

    Required. Select a defined rebate type to assign to the contract rebate.

    Rebate Percent

    Type a value for the rebate percent that you are assigning to the contract.

    Note: 

    A rebate percent value is not used with growth rebates.

    Frequency

    Required. Indicate how often the rebate is applied to the contract.

    • Annual

    • Biannually

    • Quarterly

    • Bimonthly

    • Monthly

    • One Time

    • Semiannually

    First Rebate Due Date

    Required. Select a date that the rebate is first applied to the contract.

  6. Click Save.
