Adding contacts to a contract

Attaching a contact to a contract lets you define the list of personnel who you commonly work with when creating a contract.

To add a contact to a contract

  1. Access Contract Management > In Progress tab.
  2. Select a contract that you want to add a contact to.
  3. Click the Contacts tab.
  4. Click Helper List.
  5. Select a contact and click Attach Contact to Contract.
  6. On the Contract Contacts And Contact Types form, use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Contract Type

    Type or select a contract type to assign the contact to.

  7. Click Save.
