Analyzing contract status

You can analyze the status of contracts by the contract group to which they belong. The status information is displayed in graphic format, either in pie chart or bar chart form.

To analyze contract status

Access the Status Analysis tab from the home page.
Select the contract group whose contracts you want to analyze.
Click the Chart Options icon and indicate how to graphically present the data:
- Contract status pie (pie chart)
- Contract status bar (bar chart)
The analysis data displays on the right-hand side, in the graphic format you selected. The lower half displays the contracts that are in a specific status.
Click the pie piece (of a specific status) to view the contracts for that status.

Double-click a contract in the list on the lower half of the form and the Contract form displays, allowing you to make changes.
