Creating contract documents
Contract documents let you summarize the terms and conditions agreed upon between buyer and seller. You can create documents after the contract itself is "In Progress" (in other words, in a state other than Active, Inactive, or Closed).
Note:
Contracts must have a document template assigned to them before you can create a contract document.
To create contract documents
- Access the home page and select the contract for which you want to create a document.
- From the Actions menu, select Create Contract Document.
- To view the document once it has been created, inquire on the contract. In the Template File field, click the Define icon to the right and then click the View button.
- Click Save.
