Action reasons

In order to perform the actions for this process, reason codes and descriptions need to be entered. Action reason records must be defined for each of the actions specific to this process that need reason codes. There are other action reasons that may need to be defined for such actions as Disapprove, but those actions are not unique to this process.

The three actions that need Action Reasons defined are:

• ContractReassign

• ContractApproveWithChanges

• ContractFinalApproveChange
