Configuration parameters

There are several Configuration Parameters which must be defined properly for this process. If these parameters do not exist after installation of Contract Management, they need to be defined. If they do exist, they may need to be changed.

A user with Admin access has access to these lists and forms.

  1. Type "Configuration" in the search form to find the Configuration Parameter list.
  2. Three parameters need to be defined on the list:

    • CONTRACT_LOCATION: In the Value field, type the folder on a shared drive where Contract Redline Documents are stored. For example, file://shareddrivename/folder.

    • ipa_base_url: Select Alpha in the Type field. In the Value field, type the URL in the following format: http://[computer name]:[web port]/[data area]

    • ipa_data_area: Select Alpha in the Type field. In the Value field, type the data area.
