To assign a distributor pricing member

  1. Select a distributor contract. Click the Distributor Pricing button.
  2. Click the Pricing Members tab.
  3. Click the Helper List icon.
  4. Select a company to assign as a participant on the distributor contract and click the Create Members button.
    Note: 

    The selected company and location displays on the Contract Distributor Pricing Member form.

  5. Click the Pricing Identifier column for the company you assigned as a participant and assign a pricing identifier.
  6. Click Save.
