Creating contracts from templates

Contract templates let you default specific information onto new contracts.

The contract template must already exist before you can create a contract from it. For information, see Creating contract templates.

To create a contract from a contract template

  1. Access Setup > Contract Templates.
  2. Select the contract template from which you want to create a contract.
  3. From the Actions menu, select Create Contract from Template.

    The Create Contract form displays. Add the appropriate information for the new contract.

  4. Click Save.
