To create an event from a contract line
- Access the Event Creation tab.

In the Available Contract Lines region, select the
contract line or lines that you want to include in the event and click
Actions > Create Event Worksheet.
Note:
The contract lines that you selected display in the Selected Contract Lines region. When you create an event, each line in this region is included on the event.

Click Create Event. Use the following guidelines to
enter field values:
- Company

Required. Select a Strategic Sourcing company to assign to the event.
- Event Name

Required. Type a name or title for the event.
- Apply Template

Select a template to apply to the event.
- Buyer
-
Select a buyer to assign to the event.
or
Click Append To Event. Select the sourcing company and sourcing event.
- Select OK.
