About interviews

In Lawson Contract Management, interviews are used to create a contract and to determine the articles and terms that appear on a contract.

When creating a contract through an interview, questions are generated that may require an answer or a correct answer. The questions that appear during the interview are based on their associated contract type and contract classification. After each question is answered, they are used to create and organize the articles and terms that appear on the contract.

An advantage to creating a contract from an interview is that articles and terms are automatically created by requiring questions to be answered (or answered correctly) prior to activating the contract.
