Creating subcontractors

Use this procedure to create subcontractors. A subcontractor is hired by and paid by the supplier of the contract.

To create a subcontractor

Access Contract Management > Subcontractor Setup.
Select Create from the Actions menu.
On the Create Subcontractor form, select a Supplier Group and add company information.

Company Name is the only required field.
Select Save.
Optional. You can include multiple diversity codes, contacts and certifications. Comment information can be entered, similar to the information on suppliers.
Select Save.
