E-mailing an invoice

Invoices can be sent out via e-mail along with the invoice documents, if any. We recommend that you e-mail one invoice at a time.

  1. Click Process Invoices.
  2. Select the invoice to be e-mailed.
  3. Click Email Invoice.
  4. Fill out the To, Cc, and Bcc fields with the necessary e-mail addresses.
  5. Click OK.
