To manually refresh or rebuild cube data:
- Select AP Administrator > Utilities > Update Analytic Cube.

Select the Update Method.

Select Refresh to update existing cube data.

Select Reload to delete existing cubes and rebuild the data.

Click OK.
The cube data is refreshed or rebuilt. Select AP Manager and click Manage Invoices to view the updated cube data on the Dashboard tab.
