Reopening a task

A task that has been completed can be reopened if necessary. The task will be put in an In Process status and placed back into the To Do list of the task owner. If the period is still open, a completed task can be directly reopened. If the period is closed, the period must be reopened before a task can be reopened.

  1. If the period is closed, reopen the period first. Select Close Setup > Manage Process and click the Past Schedules tab.
  2. Select the closed process period and click the Reopen button.
