Creating service and identity for each wsi

  1. Creating a service.
  2. Sign in to Canvas as an OOF Admin.
  3. Search for Service, open the Service form within security\Business Classes.
  4. Create a new Service record for each of the .wsi files for your particular imaging vendor.
    Note: Service name must match the .wsi name. Do not include the .wsi in the service name.
  5. Creating an identity.
  6. Search for Identity, open the Identity form within security\Business Classes.
  7. From the Actions menu, select Create Form Based Identity.
  8. Specify this information:
    Service

    Select a service from the list.

    Username

    Specify the username used for the web service endpoint. You can get this information from your imaging vendor.

    Password

    Specify the password used for the web service endpoint. You can get this information from your imaging vendor.

  9. Save the record and close the identity forms.
