Creating a system configuration
- Select Process Server Administrator > Configuration > System Configuration.

Click New.
Use the following guidelines to specify field values:
- Configuration Name

Specify system.
- Description

Specify System Configuration.
- Click Save.

Create a mailFrom configuration property.

Use the following guidelines to specify field values:
- Configuration Name

This is prepopulated with the configuration name.
- Property Name

Specify mailFrom.
- Value

Specify an e-mail address for the Value field.
- Description

Specify a description.
- Click Save And New.

Note:
This configuration is used if the organization has escalation days set up, and an invoice is escalated from one approver to another approver. If no value is specified here, the escalation action will be performed by the lawson user. You can override the default user by specifying an actor (user) for this property.
