Creating a system configuration

  1. Select Process Server Administrator > Configuration > System Configuration.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Configuration Name

    Specify system.

    Description

    Specify System Configuration.

  4. Click Save.
  5. Create a mailFrom configuration property.
    1. Specify this information:
      Configuration Name

      This field is prepopulated with the configuration name.

      Property Name

      Specify mailFrom.

      Value

      Specify an email address for the Value field.

      Description

      Specify a description.

    2. Click Save And New.
  6. Create a mailServer configuration property.
    1. Specify this information:
      Configuration Name

      This field is prepopulated with the configuration name.

      Property Name

      Specify mailServer.

      Value

      Specify a mail server to use for sending emails.

      Description

      Specify a description.

    2. Click Save And New.
  7. Create a timeOutActionUser configuration property.
    Note: This configuration is used if the organization has escalation days set up, and an invoice is escalated from one approver to another approver. If no value is specified here, the escalation action is performed by the lawson user. You can override the default user by specifying an actor or user for this property.
    1. Specify this information:
      Configuration Name

      This field is prepopulated with the configuration name.

      Property Name

      Specify timeOutActionUser.

      Value

      Description

      Specify a description.

    2. Click Save.
