Security roles

Security classes are assigned to roles for users to access the application. You assign roles to actors. This table lists the default roles that are defined in the Infor Lawson AP Invoice Automation application:

Security role	Description
APIAApprover_ST	The Approver is assigned invoices to approve, reject, or reassign.
APIAViewer_ST	The Viewer can view the invoice data, but cannot update or take action on any invoice data.
APIAClerk_ST	The Clerk is responsible for creating and updating invoices within the system, then submitting them for approval. The Clerk is responsible for making sure invoice data is correct.
APIAManager_ST	The Manager is responsible for monitoring invoice statuses and is also able to process invoices if needed.
APIAAdministrator_ST	The AP Administrator is responsible for setting up APIA data and updating the data as needed.
OOFAdmin_ST	The OOF Administrator has full access across all OOF modules.
