Copying tasks

  1. Select Close Setup > Manage Process.
  2. On the Manage Process tab, select a task and click the Copy button.
  3. Use the following guidelines to specify field values. The default information will be filled in based on the task you are copying but you can still edit the field values.
    Name

    Specify a name for the new task.

    Parent

    Select the parent process that the new copied task will be a child of.

    Copy Attachments

    Select this checkbox if you want to copy the attachments from the existing task to the new task.

  4. Click OK.
