Setting reminders
You can set a reminder for yourself for a period, process, sub process, or task from several places within the Manage Process area. Reminders will show up in your To Do list of your home page.
- Select Close Setup > Manage Process and click the View Schedule or Past Schedules tab.
 - Right-click a period, process, sub process, or task and click Reminder.
 - 
        Use the following guidelines to specify field values:
        
- Begin Date
 - 
                
Select the start date for the reminder.
 - Due Date
 - 
                
Select the due date for the reminder.
 - Description
 - 
                
Specify the description of the reminder.
 - Notes
 - 
                
Specify any notes about the reminder.
 - Launch Form In Your Financial System
 - 
                
Specify the form that will open in your financial system when the reminder is opened.
 - Add An Attachment Or URL
 - 
                
Specify the fields below to add an attachment or URL to the reminder.
 - Title
 - 
                
Specify a title for the reminder attachment.
 - File
 - 
                
Click the Browse button to select the reminder attachment.
 - File Type
 - 
                
This field is automatically populated when you select a file to upload.
 - URL
 - 
                
If the reminder attachment is online, specify the URL to access the attachment.
 
 - Click OK to send the reminder to yourself.
