Maintain Warehouses data

You can change or add information in your Warehouse records.

  1. Expand Master Data applications > Tables.
  2. Select Logistic Tables > Warehouses.
  3. To edit a Warehouse record, select a record and click the arrow icon.
  4. To change the system-generated Warehouse description to easily manage your records, edit the Description field. This field is mandatory.
  5. In the Third Party Warehouse Type field, select the applicable warehouse type from the list:

    • Third-Party (not owned – TNP)

      A warehouse owned by a third party. The company’s goods and shipments are delivered to or dispatched from a location that is registered and owned by another entity.

    • Third Party (owned – NPT)

      A warehouse whose fiscal address is registered to your Company.

  6. In the Special Warehouse field, select the applicable warehouse classification.

    If operating in Brazil and your company is handling Depósito Especial or Special Warehouses that is engaged in the storage of materials and parts of foreign vehicles and machines, select from this list to classify the current operation status of the warehouse:

    • Closed Warehouse

    • General Warehouse not Productive

    • General Warehouse Productive

  7. Click the Save icon.
